Whole Person Health in Ohio

Counseling alongside the rest of it — physical health, benefits, housing, transportation. One team across six locations in southern Ohio.

What whole person health is, and who it's for

Getting better is rarely just a counseling problem. It is also the prescription you cannot pick up, the appointment you cannot get to, the paperwork nobody has explained, and the housing that is not settled. Whole person health means those things are handled inside the same organization instead of across six different phone numbers.

It is for anyone whose situation has more than one moving part, and for people who have started counseling before and lost it because the rest of life got in the way.

What to expect

  • A short screening form or phone call to start.
  • A callback from a real person, usually within one business day.
  • A first appointment that covers more than symptoms — what is actually in the way.
  • Case management that can help with transportation and benefits where it is available.
  • Counseling and the practical side coordinated by one team.

Tell us what's in the way. We'll start there.

Before you call

Is this a program I have to enroll in?
No, it is how we work. Tell us what is getting in the way and we will bring in whoever can help.
Can you help with transportation?
Case management can help with transportation where it is available. Ask when we call you back.
Do I have to be in counseling to get help with the rest?
Start with a call. We will tell you honestly what we can help with either way.
What if I have tried before and it didn't stick?
That is common, and it is worth saying out loud on the first call. It usually points straight at what to do differently.
Does Medicaid cover it?
Yes, we accept Medicaid. Have your card handy when you call and we will check your coverage before your first appointment.

Ready when you are.

Fill out the screening form or call. No referral needed, and you can lead with the practical problem if that is what is loudest.
