Four ways in

People arrive at different points. Whichever one fits, the first step is the same assessment.

Intensive Outpatient Program

Structured treatment five mornings a week while you live at home. Keep your job, stay with your family, sleep in your own bed.

Medication for Opioid Use Disorder

Sublocade and other medication that steadies withdrawal and cravings, prescribed alongside counseling rather than instead of it. Medication management is part of the program.

Therapies We Use

Substance use and a mental health diagnosis usually arrive together, and we treat them in the same program with the same team — including psychiatric medication management. If the mental health side is what is loudest right now, start there instead. It is the same intake either way.

What it costs

We take a wide range of health insurance and we accept Medicaid. If you have no coverage, we will help you apply for it. If you are paying yourself, there is a sliding scale.

You will know where you stand before you commit — your coverage is checked at the assessment, not after you have started.
